Our streamlined process ensures that updating your wardrobe remains as effortless and stylish as our collections.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until we notify you that your refund or exchange has been processed.
